**The Ardent Companies Secures $29.1M Loan for Perimeter Pointe Acquisition**

The Ardent Companies has secured a $29.144 million acquisition loan for Perimeter Pointe, a 360,017-square-foot retail center located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The financing was a two-year, floating-rate loan provided by Ameris Bank.

Perimeter Pointe is situated at 1155 Mount Vernon Highway, at the intersection of Mount Vernon Highway, Perimeter Center West, and Abernathy Road, just east of the Georgia 400 interchange. Originally built in 1995, the center features a strong lineup of anchor tenants including LA Fitness, Regal Cinemas, Office Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Chick-fil-A.

Currently, the property is 57.9% leased, which includes approximately 105,000 square feet of space slated for demolition as part of a forthcoming redevelopment effort. When excluding the area earmarked for demolition, occupancy at the center stands at 81.8%.
