**Ticcoma Green Affordable Housing Project Secures $32 Million Financing**
Rockland Trust has partnered with HallKeen Management and Norton Point Development to provide $32 million in financing for the development of the Ticcoma Green apartment complex in Nantucket. The project, situated on nearly six acres at 6 Fairground Road, will consist of 64 affordable and workforce housing units upon completion.

Expected to be completed in 2027, the development will include a variety of shared amenities, including dedicated parking, a bike shed, a picnic and grill area, EV charging stations, a playground, a community garden, extra storage, and an onsite management office.
The initiative comes as Nantucket continues to experience a severe housing shortage, driven by limited land availability and increasing construction costs. Ticcoma Green is part of a broader effort to address the island’s growing need for affordable housing solutions.
