**“Magic Mike Live” Finds Times Square Home for NYC Engagement**
BLDG Management, in partnership with Free Association Live, has signed a lease to bring a new theater space to 762-766 Eighth Avenue in Times Square, which will serve as the New York City home for *Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike Live*, a popular live musical comedy.
The venue, located at the corner of Eighth Avenue and 47th Street, will span approximately 24,000 square feet and will host the production on a permanent basis under a long-term lease. The agreement includes a complete renovation of the building’s upper floors to accommodate the show’s unique theater experience.
“We are thrilled to work with the team at Free Association Live to bring a new venue to the Theater District for *Magic Mike Live*,” said Justin Kleinman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BLDG Management. “The show has enjoyed incredible success worldwide and this is an ideal location for its New York home.”
Previews for *Magic Mike Live* are scheduled to begin on October 8, with the official opening set for October 22.
