SRS Real Estate Partners has acquired Tampa-based full service commercial real estate firm Meridian Retail Group, expanding their footprint in Florida with five new team members. John Fahey and Tyler McRae, co-founders of Meridian, have joined SRS as senior vice presidents and market leaders to lead the Tampa office alongside SRS Executive Vice President and Managing Principal John Artope.
Fahey brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and capital markets having worked on projects with a cumulative value exceeding $800 million. McRae has spent over 15 years working with retailers, landlords developers and investors across the country; he helped grow a boutique real estate firm into one boasting over $1 billion in annual sales. Grant Burt Caroline Connelly & Jacob Rasnick are also joining from Meridian to focus on tenant representation & leasing for retail clients.
