**OHT Partners Launching 400-Unit Multifamily Project in East Austin**
OHT Partners is moving forward with the development of a 400-unit apartment complex in East Austin. The project, named The Martin, is slated for completion in 2028. The seven-story residential building will be located at 2730 E. Seventh Street.
According to a report from Community Impact, 37 of the building’s 375 units will be designated as affordable housing for residents earning up to 50% of the area’s median family income (MFI).
The Martin will offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with unit sizes ranging from 550 to 1,440 square feet. Each apartment will include private balconies or yards.
The project will also feature a wide array of amenities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, including:
– An elevated courtyard with two pools and a jumbotron
– Top-floor fitness and wellness centers, complete with saunas and cold plunges
– Multiple resident club spaces located throughout the property
– A dog park and grooming station
– Designated co-working areas
– A state-of-the-art golf simulator
– A multimedia and karaoke room

– A dedicated rideshare lounge
