Groundbreaking on both sites is expected this summer with first occupancies projected for first quarter 2025. The 9.2 acre site located at 8181 S 20th St was purchased from The Bruckal Group for $4.9 million, while the 7.34 acre site located at 825 E Euclid Ave was sold to Rockefeller Group off market by Proximity Rental Homes for $3.8 million and will feature 27 garages available to residents upon completion of construction . Both locations are approximately 1 mile apart and are close proximity to Arizona State University as well as I-10 access points, providing easy access throughout the surrounding communities .
The townhomes will range from 1,100 square feet up to 1,500 square feet with two or three bedrooms each , along with a pool , hot tub , dog park and other open space amenities included in their design .
