Global Holdings, in collaboration with MacArthur Holdings and Tankhouse, has celebrated the topping out of Anagram Gowanus, a luxury mixed-use residential tower located at 450 Union Street in Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood. This milestone marks the fifth building in Global Holdings’ Anagram residential portfolio and the first to be developed outside of Manhattan. Completion of the project is anticipated in the second quarter of 2027.
“We’re proud to reach this significant construction milestone at Anagram Gowanus, which demonstrates the momentum behind the Anagram brand’s growth as we continue to deliver unique, curated living experiences for the city’s most discerning renters,” said Josh Feder, Senior Vice President and Head of Investments at Global Holdings. “As the project continues to take shape, we look forward to introducing to the market a best-in-class asset that will unveil a whole new lifestyle and experience to the neighborhood.”
Anagram Gowanus will rise 20 stories and include 158 residential units. The building will also feature 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Each residence is designed to provide dual-corner exposure, offering expansive views overlooking Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New York Harbor.
