Kidder Mathews has announced the addition of Tim Weber as Executive Vice President in its Tacoma office.
Weber brings over 30 years of experience in retail commercial real estate, with a focus on the Puget Sound region. His expertise spans tenant and landlord representation, as well as advisory services for buyers and sellers. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Weber spent 32 years at First Western Properties, where he served as President and Principal.
At Kidder Mathews, Weber reunites with former colleagues Don Whittles, Blake Weber, and Ned Whalen—a team he helped build at First Western Properties—who joined the Tacoma office in 2025. The team has longstanding relationships with a wide array of local, regional, and national clients, including 7-Eleven, Les Schwab Tires, Wells Fargo, Wendy’s, Starbird Chicken, Safelite, and The UPS Store.
