He brings over 25 years of experience to the role, most recently serving as Executive Vice President at NexCore Group. Throughout his career, Golik has led projects totaling more than $2 billion in healthcare, office, and data center developments nationwide.

– **Karen Bryant** has joined Stream Realty Partners as Senior Vice President of Healthcare, based in San Antonio. In her new role, Bryant will focus on healthcare tenant representation, growth strategy, and identifying development opportunities throughout Texas, while also supporting national initiatives. She brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, most recently serving as Group Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at CHRISTUS Health.

Built in 2018, the property offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with rents starting at $1,253 per month and is currently 91% occupied. Fogelman plans to rebrand the property and implement upgrades including enhancements to the pool and pavilion area, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and pet spa.
