Crusoe Opens Bellevue Office to Expand AI Infrastructure Operations

Denver-based cloud and AI infrastructure company, Crusoe, has opened a new office in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The expansion marks another step in the company’s growing national and international footprint.

Located at Key Center, a 488,000-square-foot premium office tower in Bellevue’s Central Business District, the newly opened 7,400-square-foot space currently houses 15 employees, with room to accommodate up to 20 and plans for potential future growth. The facility is located at 601 108th Avenue NE and benefits from proximity to dining, retail amenities, and public transportation.

Founded in 2018, Crusoe specializes in operating customized data centers designed to deliver the computing power required for running and training artificial intelligence models. The company emphasizes using cleaner or lower-cost energy sources to improve efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Key Center is owned by Kilroy Realty and is recognized as one of Bellevue’s premier business addresses.

Crusoe employs over 1,000 people worldwide, with additional offices in San Francisco and Sunnyvale, as well as international locations in Dublin and Tel Aviv. Its manufacturing operations are located in Colorado, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

In October 2025, the company secured an initial closing of its $1.375 billion Series E funding round, pushing its projected valuation above $10 billion.
