Arrow Real Estate Advisors Secures $12.7M Acquisition Financing for Kansas Industrial Campus
Arrow Real Estate Advisors has successfully arranged $12.7 million in acquisition financing on behalf of Blue Ledge Group, led by Matt Davidson, for the purchase of a three-building industrial facility located at 925 SW University Boulevard in Topeka, Kansas.
The financing transaction was executed by a team from Arrow Real Estate Advisors including Morris Betesh, Omar Ferreira, Jacob Petrovic, and Will Farrell. The loan was provided by INTRUST Bank.
The property consists of a 507,084-square-foot multi-building industrial campus. Strategically situated with immediate access to Interstate 70 and the US-75 corridor, the facility functions as a mission-critical logistics hub, offering substantial operational advantages for future tenants and users.
