**PMG Secures $115M Construction Financing for Sage Intracoastal Residences in Fort Lauderdale**

PMG has secured $115 million in construction financing for Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, a luxury 28-story condominium development situated along 200 linear feet of Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway. The financing was provided by GoldenTree Asset Management and was led by PMG’s Capital Markets team, spearheaded by Andrew Warman.

Construction on the project began last month, with completion anticipated in late 2027.

Sage Intracoastal Residences will feature 44 private residences, each offering unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by FSMY Architects, the residences will range in size and include two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, starting at 2,767 square feet.

Residents will enjoy an impressive 19,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenities. Indoor features include a golf simulator and an integrated wellness circuit with a fitness studio, movement studio, and yoga lawn. Outdoor amenities are set to include an expanded jacuzzi, pool with lounge area, grilling station with dining tables, waterfront bar and lounge, as well as luxurious cabana suites.

The project reflects PMG’s continued investment in premium residential developments along Florida’s vibrant coastline.
