Matthew Hirsch has joined Citymark Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm based in Cleveland, as the Managing Director of Structured Capital Markets. In this role, Hirsch will use Citymark’s fund management platform to strategically invest in preferred equity, mezzanine debt, common equity structures and senior debt purchases. The firm recently opened its first New York office.
Hirsch brings extensive experience to his new position having previously worked at CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance group and Greystone where he led the origination, execution and pricing of debt and equity transactions for multifamily projects nationwide.
