**Alissa Sieben Named President of Souza Development**
Tampa-based Souza Development has appointed Alissa Sieben as its new President. A graduate of Florida State University College of Law with honors (cum laude), she will oversee large-scale commercial and master-planned development projects.
**CBRE Appoints Brandon Delanois as Orlando Market Leader**
Brandon Delanois has joined CBRE as the new Market Leader and Managing Director for its Orlando operations, effective January 1, 2026. Delanois is tasked with leading business operations and executing growth strategies for all Advisory Services in the market, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management. Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director for JLL’s Retail Advisory group across Central, Southwest, and North Florida.
**STV Opens New Office in Lake Mary**
Engineering and infrastructure firm STV has opened a new office in Lake Mary, Florida. Situated in the Colonial TownPark mixed-use development, the office unites STV’s team with staff from MEHTA Engineering, now part of STV, in a single collaborative workspace. STV continues to work with key clients such as the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, and regional transit agencies to deliver infrastructure and mobility enhancement projects.
**Renaissance Plaza in Ormond Beach Sells for $7.7 Million**
Marcus & Millichap announced the $7.7 million sale of Renaissance Plaza in Ormond Beach. The 58,682-square-foot retail center, fully leased at the time of sale, was built in 1988 and sits on a 5.93-acre site at 431 S. Nova Road. Marcus & Millichap represented the sellers, local developers Ty and Tovah Lohman, and secured the buyer, DRG Real Estate. The property consists of two multi-tenant buildings.
