JacksonShaw Completes Phase I of Landis Ridge Industrial Park in North Carolina
JacksonShaw has announced the completion of Phase I of Landis Ridge, a 150-acre master-planned industrial park located in Landis, North Carolina. Strategically positioned along the I-85 corridor, this development is set to become a major logistics and industrial hub in central North Carolina. Upon full buildout, the project will feature 1.3 million square feet of industrial space across two planned phases.
Phase I of Landis Ridge includes three speculative buildings totaling 594,300 square feet:
– Building 1A, located at 1205 Ridgeview Street, offers 202,800 square feet
– Building 1B, located at 205 Richwater Street, comprises 121,800 square feet
– Building 2, located at 1400 Ridgeview Street, contains 269,700 square feet
All three facilities are currently available for lease and are designed to accommodate users ranging from approximately 33,180 square feet to the full 594,300 square feet.

Leasing efforts are being led by Jay Hill, Spencer Yorke, and Matthew Greer of JLL.
