**Colliers Secures Nearly 1 Million Square Feet in Office Management Assignments in Philadelphia**
Colliers has been selected to manage close to one million square feet of Class A office space in the heart of Philadelphia’s Center City. This significant assignment marks a notable expansion of Colliers’ property management portfolio within the region.
The properties, located at 1835 Market Street and 1635 Market Street, are owned by Intervest Capital Partners and managed by Ridgebrook Partners. Colliers will oversee comprehensive property management services for both buildings.
The 1835 Market Street property is a premier office tower encompassing 690,426 square feet, while nearby 1635 Market Street offers an additional 296,000 square feet of office space. Both buildings feature modern design, high-end amenities, and excellent connectivity to Philadelphia’s key commercial and transportation hubs.
Colliers’ management team for the new assignments includes Jessica Bonk, Chelsea Weir, Melissa Herrmann, and Cecelia Gorman.
