Avison Young Completes Acquisition and Full Leasing of Lake Forest Office Building
Avison Young has announced the successful acquisition and full leasing of 1905 West Field Court, a Class A office property located in Lake Forest, Illinois. The 41,812-square-foot building is situated in the Conway Office Park and was acquired in March 2025. Within just four months, the property reached full occupancy, highlighting the increasing demand in the Lake Forest northern suburban office market.
Tim Henry, Principal at Avison Young’s Chicago office, represented the owner, Altounian Properties, in both the acquisition and leasing transactions. Tenant representation was provided by Dan McCarthy and Sophia Spinell of JLL on behalf of the Lake County Regional Office of Education.
“The Lake Forest suburban office market is showing signs of renewed activity,” said Henry. “High-quality, turn-key office space at competitive rates is emerging as a key differentiator and gaining strong interest among tenants.”
Earlier this year, Henry also represented Altounian Properties in the leasing of a nearby property at 1955 West Field Court, further establishing momentum in the local office market.
