**Monument Capital Management Names New CIO**
Monument Capital Management has appointed Joseph (Joe) Ianoale as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). In his new role, Ianoale will lead the firm’s investment strategy and guide the continued expansion of its diversified, nationwide multifamily portfolio. Ianoale brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, private equity, and investment banking, with a background in various asset classes and investment strategies. He most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Mast Capital.
**Motorola R&D Facility in Plantation Sells for $48.5M**
Cushman & Wakefield has represented Torburn Partners in the $48.5 million sale of the Motorola Research & Development facility located in Plantation, Florida. The brokerage team included Dominic Montazemi, Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, and Mike Ciadella. The newly constructed, 83,551-square-foot facility is fully leased to Motorola Solutions.
**S3 Capital Finances $67M for Miami Condo Tower**
S3 Capital has provided a $67 million construction loan for Tula Residences, a new 21-story luxury condo tower under development at 7918 West Drive in North Bay Village, Miami. The project includes 54 units consisting of two- and three-bedroom residences, along with six penthouses averaging nearly 4,000 square feet each, featuring wrap-around terraces. The project is being developed by Bayshore Grove Capital.
**Kimpton Angler’s Hotel in Miami Beach Sells for $43.5M**
The Kimpton Angler’s Hotel in Miami Beach has been sold for $43.5 million to Hotels Investment and Management Team LLC. The transaction was brokered by Susan Gale of Gale International at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The 132-key hotel includes two pools and three food and beverage outlets. The new ownership group plans to renovate the property.
