**Terra Sells Doral Square Retail Center for $74 Million**
Terra has completed the sale of Doral Square, a 150,000-square-foot retail center located in the City of Doral, Miami. Positioned at the prominent corner of Doral Boulevard and 87th Avenue – the gateway to Downtown Doral – the property was purchased by IMC Equity Group for $74 million. The transaction was brokered by Mark Gilbert of Cushman & Wakefield.
Originally completed in 2021, Doral Square is nearly fully leased and features a robust tenant mix. Anchor tenants include Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, and UFC Gym. The center is also home to a wide array of national, regional, and local retailers such as HomeGoods, Pet Supermarket, One Medical, Laser Away, AT&T, Paradise Grills, European Wax Center, First Watch, Jersey Mike’s, Just Salad, Panda Express, Nacion Sushi, Lima Bakery, Miu’s Tea, and El Toro Loco.
This acquisition reflects continued investor interest in high-performing retail assets in South Florida.
