**Rainier Development Company Welcomes Matthew Heisley**
Rainier Development Company has announced the addition of Matthew Heisley as Partner & Senior Vice President – Retail. Heisley will lead the company’s national mixed-use and retail strategy, as well as oversee leasing and development initiatives. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience, he will be pivotal in shaping Rainier’s retail vision across its growing portfolio of national mixed-use properties.

**Promotion at Trammell Crow Company**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has promoted Joel Behrens to Market Leader for its Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role, Behrens will manage daily operations and provide strategic oversight for all TCC and High Street Residential (the firm’s residential subsidiary) development and investment activities in the region. To date, he has executed 9.5 million square feet of development projects, including office, multifamily, and mixed-use, totaling over 6,500 residential units.

**Manufactured Housing Gains Momentum in Texas**
Manufactured housing continues to grow in popularity across Texas, offering a practical alternative to traditional homes at approximately one-third the cost of site-built residences. Modern, factory-built homes now feature updated designs, energy efficiency, and improved construction tailored to Texas’s varied climate. With over 776,000 manufactured homes, Texas ranks second only to Florida in total volume. The average cost of a new manufactured home in Texas is around $122,500, not including land, making homeownership more attainable for families, retirees, and first-time buyers.

**Dwight Capital Finances 172-Unit Community in Corinth**
Dwight Capital has closed a $31 million construction loan for Oxford at the Boulevard Phase II, a 172-unit development in Corinth, Texas. The financing, secured under HUD’s 241(a) program with a 90% loan-to-cost ratio and non-recourse terms, will support the construction of five garden-style residential buildings, four parking garages, a dog park, and on-site storage. Phase II residents will also have access to amenities at the adjacent Phase I property, including a gym, community lounge, pool, sports courts, and a lake with walking path. The loan was originated by Brandon Baksh and Brian Yee on behalf of Oxford Enterprises.
