CBRE Arranges $181.5M Refinancing for Nashville Mixed-Use Development

CBRE has secured $181.5 million in refinancing for a major mixed-use development in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. The financing was arranged on behalf of developers Hines and Peakline Partners and is divided between the residential component, known as Residences at The Finery, and the adjacent T3 Wedgewood Houston office building.

Oxford Properties Group provided a $118 million loan for The Finery, while Tishman Speyer contributed a $17.5 million mezzanine loan behind Blue Owl’s $46 million senior loan for the T3 office component.

CBRE’s financing team included Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Richard Henry, Blake Cohen, JP Cordeiro, and Taylor Crowder.

The Residences at The Finery is a newly delivered Class A+ multifamily community offering 383 rental units. It also includes 46,697 square feet of boutique retail and office space. Amenities at the property include a rooftop pool, fitness center with a basketball court, coworking spaces, and a rooftop sky lounge. The ground-floor commercial space is anchored by upscale food and beverage tenants, and the development includes 14,921 square feet of fully leased office space.
