**Gantry Arranges $11M Refinance for Buena Park Retail Center**

Gantry has secured an $11 million permanent loan to refinance a retail center located at 5960–5990 Orangethorpe Avenue in Buena Park, California. The center is anchored by a strong lineup of fast-casual and quick-service restaurant tenants. The financing was arranged by George Mitsanas, Principal, along with Senior Director Bahman Mirhashemi and Associate Alicia Sabanero from Gantry’s El Segundo office. The team represented a private real estate investor.

The seven-year, fixed-rate loan was placed with one of Gantry’s correspondent insurance company lenders and comes with a 30-year amortization schedule. Gantry will also service the loan throughout its term.

The retail center features a curated mix of nationally recognized and regional tenants, including Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Chipotle, Habit Burger & Grill, Jack in the Box, and Gaucho Grill.

“This center’s specialized mix of restaurant concepts—without a traditional grocery or big-box anchor—presented a unique challenge in sourcing a seamless refinance solution for maturing debt,” said Sabanero. “By highlighting the property’s strong operating metrics, strategic location, and roster of nationally recognized credit tenants, our team was able to leverage Gantry’s correspondent life company network to deliver a competitive, optimized financing strategy supporting our client’s long-term hold plans.”
