**Yellow Bee Market & Café to Open Second Location in Mountlake Terrace**

Yellow Bee Market & Café has signed a lease for a 4,500-square-foot space at TRAXX Apartments in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. This marks the second location for the growing neighborhood market and café, following the success of its original store in Seattle’s Yesler Terrace neighborhood, located within the Cypress apartment building.

The new location is strategically positioned next to the Mountlake Terrace light rail station, enhancing accessibility for commuters and residents. The store is anticipated to open in late 2026.

Kidder Mathews’ Senior Vice President Kelly Gaddis and Senior Associate Mia Ponce represented Yellow Bee Market & Café in the lease agreement.

Yellow Bee Market & Café offers a thoughtfully curated neighborhood market experience along with a full-service hot deli and café-style seating. “It’s fantastic to see a local entrepreneur growing with this kind of momentum,” said Gaddis.

The concept was founded by CEO Brian Hoang, whose family-owned Asian grocery business began in 2008. His vision for providing good food, welcoming spaces, and everyday convenience has been met with enthusiastic community support. “Brian has built businesses that reflect what people in the Seattle area want—good food, thoughtful spaces, and everyday convenience. This expansion shows how strongly that perspective resonates,” Gaddis added.

With this latest move, Yellow Bee continues its mission of serving communities with quality, locally inspired offerings and convenient access to daily essentials.
