Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has signed a lease with Etta Collective at the Evanston Labs development in Evanston, Illinois. Located at the southwest corner of Orrington Avenue and Clark Street, Etta will occupy the entire 6,808-square-foot ground floor retail space and is expected to open during Summer 2024.
Evanston Labs offers 177,575 square feet of Class A advanced sciences space in North Shore submarket. This 10-story world class lab building near Northwestern University accommodates both single and multi-tenant users with completion slated for Spring 2024.
CBRE’s Dan Lyne and Brandon Green are responsible for marketing & leasing lab & office spaces while David Burden from Colliers leads tenant representation as part of their national restaurant group’s development pipeline.
