**Limestone Asset Management Sells Pinecrest Town Center for $42.5 Million**
Limestone Asset Management, in partnership with Orion Real Estate Group, has sold the Pinecrest Town Center—a mixed-use retail and office property in Miami-Dade County, Florida—for $42.5 million. The transaction was brokered by Eric Williams of Newmark. The property was originally acquired by the joint venture in March 2021 for $32 million.
Pinecrest Town Center is located at 12651 South Dixie Highway, Pinecrest, FL 33156. Spanning 228,355 square feet of land with 435 feet of frontage along South Dixie Highway, the property features a four-story office building. Originally built in 1985, the property underwent renovations in 1994 and 2004. Most recently, Limestone and Orion completed an extensive $6 million renovation and upgrade project, finalized in February 2024.
The center is now approximately 90% occupied. Tenants include national and local brands such as Sage Dental, Coldwell Banker, F45 Training, Anacapri Italian Restaurant, Roasters ‘N Toasters, and Sea Siam Thai & Japanese Restaurant.
