Lincoln Property Company Southeast has negotiated two new leases and a renewal totaling 12,500 square fe “3 Deals Secured at The Park at Windward Concourse: Lincoln Gains Momentum”et at The Park at Windward Concourse, a 202,232-square-foot office park in Alpharetta, GA. Heart and Vascular Care Inc., represented by Chris Witcher of Newmark signed a 6,000-square-foot lease while Toi Toi USA (which provides portable toilets and sanitation) signed for 5,000 square feet with representation from Tom Tindall & Brooks Morris of Cresa. Dataset Inc., an IT solutions provider also secured 1,500 square feet in the form of a direct deal renewal.
Executive Vice President Michael Howell along with Vice Presidents Seabie Hickson & Matt Fergus acted on behalf of the landlord during these transactions.
