Ryan Schwartz joins as a capital services professional, focusing on debt and equity placement for properties in the Bronx market. Ben Schlegel also joins as a capital services professional, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties across the U.S., while Hagay Yuhjtman brings experience from the tech sector to his role as a capital services professional with an emphasis on Bronx properties. Jake Brody rounds out this group of new hires by joining Ariel Property Advisors’ team of investment sales professionals responsible for listings and business development in New York City.
