**FedEx Renews Lease at Strategic Newburgh Facility Near Stewart Airport**
FedEx Corp. has renewed its lease at 100 Enterprise Drive in Newburgh, New York — a 125,000-square-foot, freestanding industrial facility critical to its air cargo operations at nearby Stewart International Airport. The property is owned by CenterPoint Properties.
The transaction was brokered by Tom Consiglio, Principal, and Todd Hali, Vice President, of Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, who represented the ownership group.
The building was originally custom-developed to support FedEx’s regional logistics strategy. Its close proximity to Stewart International Airport allows for streamlined receiving of air cargo containers, shipment processing and final-mile delivery redeployment. Daily FedEx flights to the airport make the facility essential for maintaining the company’s high-efficiency, time-sensitive operations across the broader Tri-State area.
“Our longstanding presence and market expertise in the region positioned us well to support CenterPoint with this important renewal,” said Consiglio. “100 Enterprise provides FedEx with direct, irreplaceable access to Stewart Airport, and their continued commitment reflects the strength of both the asset and the region’s supply chain ecosystem.”
