**Andover Office Complex Secures Over 101K SF in New and Renewal Leases**
CBRE has secured four lease agreements totaling 101,144 square feet at 300 and 600 Federal Street, a two-building complex within Andover Technology Park in Andover, Massachusetts. The leases comprise 54,172 square feet of new leasing activity and 46,972 square feet in lease renewals.
The redeveloped complex, which caters to office, life science, and R&D tenants, has attracted several new occupants. Technology Greenhouse has moved its operations from Woburn into newly built-out lab space at 600 Federal Street. Additionally, Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants is opening a surgical suite at 300 Federal Street.
CBRE’s leasing team—Don Domoretsky, Alex Plaisted, and Jack Scribner—represented the property’s ownership, a partnership between Celera Properties and True North Management Group.
“Andover is a dynamic market with a mix of R&D, life science, office, and medical users, and the redevelopment of 300 and 600 Federal Street has created a compelling location that can meet the needs of these companies,” said Domoretsky.
