**St. John Properties Promotes Kenneth Findley to Vice President in Maryland**
St. John Properties, Inc. has announced the promotion of Kenneth Findley to Vice President of Development in the company’s Southern Maryland Regional Office. Findley, who joined St. John Properties in 2015, previously served as Development Manager.
In his expanded role, Findley will be responsible for critical aspects of the company’s real estate development initiatives, including permitting, design oversight, and coordination with civil engineering, landscape architecture, and legal teams. His duties also include liaising with government agencies across Charles, Prince George’s, St. Mary’s, and Wicomico counties to ensure smooth navigation of entitlement and zoning processes. Additionally, he will support site evaluation and due diligence efforts for potential development projects.
Findley brings 20 years of commercial real estate development experience to the role and is also a licensed professional engineer. Notable projects under the Southern Maryland Regional Office portfolio include Melford Town Center, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development, and Berry Pointe, a 600,000-square-foot business park located in Waldorf.
This promotion reflects Findley’s ongoing contributions to the company’s growth in the Southern Maryland region and underscores St. John Properties’ commitment to leadership development within its organization.
