**Trade School Expands With New Location in Hunt Valley**
A licensed trade school for estheticians has expanded its footprint with a new location in Hunt Valley, Maryland. PRO + Skin Academy has signed a lease for 3,479 square feet of space at Executive Plaza 3, part of the four-building, 550,000-square-foot Executive Plaza mixed-use community.
The lease agreement was facilitated by Hill Management Services, Inc., with Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager at Hill Management, representing the landlord in the transaction.
Executive Plaza is located at 11350 McCormick Road, adjacent to Interstate 83 in the heart of the Hunt Valley Premier Business District. The site is situated less than 10 miles from Towson and approximately 15 miles from downtown Baltimore.
Hill Management Services has implemented a comprehensive enhancement strategy for Executive Plaza. Upgrades include improvements to common areas such as restrooms, lobbies, and elevators, along with the addition of new exterior signage and landscaping features—all part of an ongoing effort to modernize and elevate the office campus.
The expansion of PRO + Skin Academy highlights continued demand for modern and accessible educational facilities within strategic business hubs like Hunt Valley.
