Eckard Enterprises Relocating Headquarters to McKinney’s District 121
Eckard Enterprises Inc. has acquired an eight-story office building in McKinney’s District 121, located at 7300 State Highway 121. The 190,000-square-foot tower, developed by Kaizen Development Partners and opened in 2022, will soon become the new headquarters for Eckard Enterprises as it relocates from Allen, Texas.
The company, which employs over 150 people across Texas and Oklahoma, plans to begin the transition to the new space in mid-December. By that time, the building is expected to be approximately 97% occupied. Eckard will gradually relocate its team in phases as additional space becomes available, with the full move projected to take around 24 months. As part of the relocation, Eckard also plans to sell its current Allen-based office.
The District 121 building features a wide range of employee-focused amenities, including flexible conference spaces, a tenant lounge, outdoor recreational areas, a golf simulator, and a fitness center complete with private locker and shower facilities. The office tower forms part of the larger $250 million District 121 mixed-use development, spearheaded by Craig International.
