Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates Sale of Route 3 Industrial Park in Clifton, NJ

Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of the Route 3 Industrial Park, a two-building industrial property totaling 97,145 square feet, located at 31 and 35 Styertowne Road in Clifton, New Jersey. The sales transaction was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield’s Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt, Ryan Larkin, and Seth Zuidema, who represented the seller, Longpoint Partners. The property was acquired by The Silverman Group.
