BioLabs@NYU Langone Relocates to Innolabs in Long Island City
King Street Properties and development partner GFP Real Estate, in collaboration with NYU Langone Health, have announced that BioLabs@NYU Langone—an incubator dedicated to nurturing early-stage biotechnology companies—will relocate from Manhattan to Long Island City.
BioLabs has signed a lease for 46,000 square feet at Innolabs, a state-of-the-art life sciences facility located in Long Island City.
