**Trammell Crow Company Leases 755,926 SF Kannapolis Facility to Momentec Brands**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has signed a full-building lease for a 755,926-square-foot distribution facility with Momentec Brands at Metro 63 in Kannapolis, North Carolina. This new lease will serve as a consolidation of Momentec’s distribution operations, which were previously spread across six buildings in six states, ranging from Georgia to Ohio.
Momentec Brands—formed from the merger of Augusta Sportswear Brands and Founder Sport Group—plans to be fully operational in the facility by the first half of 2026. The site, named “The Momentec Customer Success Center,” is expected to house approximately 700 employees once complete.
Metro 63, located at 5700 Royce Street, was delivered in late 2022. The property sits on a 94-acre parcel along the North Interstate 85 corridor at Exit 63 in Kannapolis.
