**Cushman & Wakefield Represents USG in Global HQ Renewal at 550 W. Adams, Chicago**
Cushman & Wakefield has successfully represented USG Corporation in the long-term renewal of its 165,000-square-foot global headquarters lease at 550 W. Adams Street in downtown Chicago.
The lease transaction was led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Wood, Vice Chair, and David Stefancic, Executive Director. Representing the property ownership, Manova Partners, were Stream Realty Partners’ Mark Bâby and Katie Hull.
Cushman & Wakefield has maintained a long-standing professional relationship with USG, dating back to the original global headquarters lease in 2004, which led to the development of the 550 W. Adams property. In addition to representing USG in the lease renewal, Cushman & Wakefield will also oversee project management services for upcoming renovations of the headquarters facilities.
