Savers Value Village Expands with Three New Las Vegas-Area Stores
Savers Value Village, a publicly traded thrift retailer (NYSE: SVV), is expanding its footprint in the Las Vegas market with the acquisition of three new store locations totaling approximately 80,000 square feet.
The new locations include:
– A 32,186-square-foot space at Horizon Point in Henderson.
– A 24,125-square-foot freestanding building at 7239 Spring Mountain Road, a site formerly occupied by 99 Cents Only Stores.
– A 19,887-square-foot former Big Lots on Blue Diamond Road.
Axiom Retail Advisors facilitated the transactions, with Terry Bortnick and Lea Clay Park representing Savers Value Village. Landlords were represented by David Grant of Colliers — Villa Paloma LLC for the Horizon Point location and Lakeshore Enterprises for the Spring Mountain Road property.
The Horizon Point site signifies a strategic reuse of a long-vacant retail space. Savers will occupy roughly half of a former Albertsons grocery store, while the remaining space is set to be taken by Aldi.
Savers Value Village operates a network of donation-based retail thrift stores across the United States and Canada and continues to grow its presence in key markets.
