**Mitsui Fudosan Secures Nearly 200,000 Square Feet of Leases at 1251 Avenue of the Americas**

Mitsui Fudosan America (MFA) has announced the completion of nearly 200,000 square feet of new and renewal leasing activity at 1251 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The successful leasing activity follows a $100 million reinvestment into the iconic office tower.

The recent transactions include:

– **Trust Company of the West** signed a long-term renewal and expansion for a total of 80,200 square feet. The tenant was represented by Ben Friedland, Gary Davies, Lauren Crowley, and Elliot Bok of CBRE.

– **McGuireWoods** executed a long-term extension and expansion encompassing 75,000 square feet in a direct lease with building ownership.

– **RBC** committed to a long-term lease for 42,900 square feet. The financial institution will relocate from 1211 Avenue of the Americas. Representation was provided by Bruce Mosler, Maria Travlos, Ethan Silverstein, David Mosler, and Greg Herman of Cushman & Wakefield.

David Falk, Pete Shimkin, Eric Cagner, and Claire Koeppel of Newmark serve as leasing agents for the building.
