LV Collective and Kayne Anderson Real Estate have acquired The Heights at College Station, a luxury cottage-style apartment community designed for students at Texas A&M University.
Situated at 3055 Holleman Drive South in College Station, The Heights boasts numerous resort-style amenities. These include a large pool with Jumbotron, a cyber lounge, designated study areas, a coffee bar, fire pit and grilling pavilions, a hammock garden, and a beach volleyball court. Residents also have 24-hour access to a game room and study lounge.
The acquisition is viewed as a value-add opportunity, with plans underway to enhance the property’s existing features and elevate the standard for cottage-style student living in the area. LV Collective will oversee management of the property.
The transaction was brokered by TSB Realty, with financing arranged by TSB Capital Advisors.
