**Kraig Heeter Named President of SIOR Foundation**
Kraig Heeter, SIOR, Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews in South Seattle, has officially begun his one-year term as President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation.
With over 20 years of experience specializing in industrial real estate, Heeter has been a designated SIOR member since 2016. He previously served as President of the Washington State SIOR Chapter.
“The SIOR Foundation has a strong record of delivering measurable impact across the commercial real estate industry,” said Heeter. “I’m excited to work with my colleagues to expand that impact, support our members, and foster the growth of future leaders.”
The SIOR Foundation, established more than 80 years ago, includes 4,000 members across 50 countries. The SIOR designation is a mark of excellence and is awarded to individuals who meet rigorous standards in revenue, transactions, education, ethics, and professional endorsements. Currently, Kidder Mathews employs 42 professionals holding the SIOR designation.
