Nonprofit Media Group Relocates to Feil’s 853 Broadway | NYC Office Space

Feil Organization has signed a five-year, 7,896-square-foot lease with First Look Media for the entire 10th floor at 853 Broadway in Manhattan. The space is a new pre-built featuring offices with glass tags, polished concrete floors and an open ceiling and represents Feil’s second pre-built lease recently.
First Look Media is relocating from 114 Fifth Ave., as the national nonprofit media organization houses a production studio and streaming service. It also funds various independent media entities such as The Intercept, Field of Vision, Lawyers for Reporters and Press Freedom Initiative at University of Maryland.
Feil was represented by head of commercial leasing Andrew Wiener & Rob Fisher while First Look Media was represented by Savills’ Gary Stein , Ken Ruderman & Michael Bertini . 853 Broadway is located near Union Square undergoing multimillion dollar renovation which spans 157000 square feet office property .
