Alliance Industrial Breaks Ground on 362,065-SF Park Six35 in DFW

Alliance Industrial has closed on a prime redevelopment site in the Valwood submarket of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), prominently situated at the intersection of Interstate 35E and Interstate 635. Partnering with Woodhaven Development, the firm plans to begin demolition of existing structures and will break ground later this year on Park Six35, a new Class A industrial park totaling 362,065 square feet across three buildings.

Scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, Park Six35 will offer a range of modern industrial spaces from 35,000 to 146,000 square feet. The development will provide excellent visibility along I-635 and will feature amenities designed to appeal to a variety of users seeking space in the growing Valwood submarket. The buildings will be available for lease or for sale.

Holt Lunsford Commercial has been selected to oversee leasing efforts for Park Six35. The brokerage team will be led by Andrew Gilbert, Keaton Brice, and Jon Skidmore on behalf of Alliance Industrial.
