**Retail Expansion in Dallas-Fort Worth:**
A new Kroger Marketplace has officially opened in Dallas-Fort Worth. The 128,000-square-foot store is located at 113 E Bonds Ranch Road and serves as the anchor tenant of Bonds Ranch Marketplace—a community retail center developed by Weitzman. The development sits at the northeast corner of US-287 and Bonds Ranch Road and includes an additional 45,000 square feet of small-shop and freestanding retail space. The retail mix is designed to accommodate shops, restaurants, medical offices, personal services, and beauty users.
**Partners Real Estate Grows Houston Industrial Team:**
Partners Real Estate has expanded its Industrial Services group with the addition of Will Austin and Hunter Johnston in the firm’s Houston office. Both professionals join from Bridge Commercial Real Estate and bring valuable industry experience to the growing team.
**Cole Schotz Welcomes New Real Estate Leader in Dallas:**
Cole Schotz P.C. announced that Walter D. Miller has joined as a member of the firm’s Real Estate department in Dallas. With more than 25 years of experience, Miller brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate and finance transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use developments. He has led deals valued at over $100 million, with several exceeding $1 billion.
**Cook Children’s Clinic Underway in Arlington:**
Adolfson & Peterson Construction has begun interior construction for a new Cook Children’s clinic located at 451 Highlander Blvd. in Arlington, Texas. The clinic, expected to be completed by January 2026, will feature 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab facilities, a family-friendly waiting area with a playroom, as well as staff offices, collaborative workspaces, and a break area.
**LV Collective to Launch High-Rise on Rainey Street:**
LV Collective is preparing for the launch of Paseo, a new 48-story multifamily development located at 80 Rainey Street in downtown Austin. The mixed-use tower promises residents expansive city views, luxury amenities, and a curated selection of on-site retail and dining options aimed at attracting both residents and the public.
