**Pembroke Secures New Office Leases at 1201 New York Avenue in Washington, D.C.**
Pembroke has announced the signing of three new office leases at its Washington, D.C. property located at 1201 New York Avenue. The building, which encompasses 443,000 square feet, continues to significantly outperform the broader market. While overall office vacancy in the District has risen for four consecutive quarters, reaching 19.9% according to Stream Realty Partners’ latest data, 1201 New York maintains an impressive 94% lease rate.
The new tenants at 1201 New York include The Aluminum Association, Cruise Lines International Association, and ITG Brands. CBRE’s Amy Bowser, Brooks Brown, and Will Donohue represented the landlord in the leasing transactions.
On the tenant side, representation included:
– CBRE’s James Dennin and Elizabeth Birch for Cruise Lines International Association
– CBRE’s Brad Wilner and Chad Barbiasz for ITG Brands
– Cresa’s Avery Rand and Mindy Saffer for The Aluminum Association
1201 New York is now exclusively represented by Stream Realty Partners, with leasing managed by John Klinke, Matt Pacinelli, Tim McCarty, and Josh McDonald.
