**Cooley Capital to Develop New Entertainment District in Georgetown**

Cooley Capital Companies is spearheading the development of a new entertainment district in Georgetown, Texas. Known as The Junction, the project will feature a mix of restaurants, bars, and live entertainment venues, spanning approximately 60,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space.

The Junction is set to include over 25,000 square feet dedicated to bar and restaurant operations, with highlights such as a 5,700-square-foot food hall and more than 8,700 square feet of outdoor patios and decks. Additionally, the development will offer nearly 30,000 square feet of office and flexible workspace.

According to the Austin Business Journal, the restaurant component of the project has already been fully leased ahead of its groundbreaking scheduled for next week.

Located on roughly six acres at 210 Blue Springs Road, The Junction will sit across the street from GAF Energy’s $100 million, 450,000-square-foot facility.

Cooley Capital is also serving as the general contractor for the project, with architectural services provided by OPA Design Studio.
