Sherman Associates has appointed Mary Jo Kelly as Manager of Commercial Leasing and Business Development. In this role, Kelly will lead leasing initiatives and contribute to business development across the firm’s mixed-use and commercial portfolio. She will collaborate with third-party brokers to attract new leasing opportunities, reduce vacancies, and improve net operating income.
