**TakeOff Adventure Park Coming to Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center in Pasadena, TX**
TakeOff Adventure Park is set to open a 60,000-square-foot indoor entertainment destination at the Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center in Pasadena, Texas. Designed to provide a wide array of attractions and activities, the upcoming venue will include a ninja course, foam pit, climbing walls, trampolines, party rooms, and more.
The lease transaction was brokered by Alyx Penland and David Meyers of NewQuest, representing the landlord, WMD Fund LLC. Cesar Miranda of KW Commercial Signature Realty represented the tenant.
Currently, TakeOff Adventure Park operates only one location in Pleasantville, New Jersey. However, the company has ambitious plans for expansion, reportedly considering more than 50 additional sites across the country.
The space in Pasadena has previously housed two other entertainment ventures. The shopping center itself has an interesting history—NewQuest acquired the 21-acre property at 5950 Fairmont Parkway in 2005, after a Walmart vacated its premises. The firm repurposed and expanded the site to include a second building, eventually creating the 176,401-square-foot Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center. NewQuest sold the property to WMD Fund in 2015.
The introduction of TakeOff Adventure Park is expected to breathe new life into the center, attracting families and visitors from across the area with its high-energy, fun-filled attractions.
