**Hilton Jacksonville Opens Near Mayo Clinic**
Concord Hospitality, in partnership with capital investors Whitman Peterson, the Dasburg Family Office, and Mayo Clinic, has opened the new Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic. Construction on the eight-story, 252-room hotel began in 2023.
The hotel spans more than 184,000 square feet and is strategically located adjacent to the Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville, Florida, offering convenient accommodations for patients, families, and visitors.

For our patients and their families, it offers a warm, supportive place to stay just steps away from the care they need.”
Designed with comfort and versatility in mind, Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic features 21 suites, over 21,000 square feet of flexible event space, a full-service restaurant called Coastal Kitchen, a resort-style outdoor heated zero-entry pool, an expansive 24-hour fitness center, and a welcoming lobby café.
Randolph Construction Group served as the general contractor in partnership with Integrated Construction Service, Inc. and META Real Estate Partners. Financing for the project was provided by Bank of America.
