CBRE Signs Lease at 10 W. Nationwide Boulevard in Columbus
CBRE has announced the signing of a 19,500-square-foot lease at 10 W. Nationwide Boulevard, a premier office building located in the heart of downtown Columbus’ Arena District. The property is owned and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors. CBRE plans to relocate its current office at 200 Civic Center Drive to the fifth floor of the new location in the summer of 2026.
Representing CBRE in the lease negotiations were CBRE professionals Brandon Ellis and David Morgan. In addition to relocating its own office, CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the building and will lead all marketing and leasing efforts.
