**Green Street Expands Footprint at 10 Grand Central**
Green Street, a real estate analytics and advisory firm, has doubled its space at 10 Grand Central, a Midtown East office property owned by Marx Realty. The firm, a tenant at the building since 2023, has committed to a new 12,000-square-foot lease. As part of the relocation, Green Street will move its operations from a 5,000-square-foot office on the second floor to a larger space on the 13th floor. The expansion comes amid an ongoing restack at the property.
